Olivia was born and raised in Wisconsin where she lived on a farm and learned the value of hard work from a young age. She moved to Honolulu twelve years ago and attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa, earned two bachelor’s degrees and a master’s degree. After completing her academic career, Olivia moved directly into a leadership role managing a scientific laboratory.
Her attention to detail and passion for problem solving allowed her to coordinate countless research projects while mentoring undergraduate and graduate students through their academic careers. Olivia loves working with people and providing exceptional service, which made for a smooth transition to Real Estate.
Olivia believes her client’s needs come first, and her primary goal is to deliver a real estate experience that exceeds expectations. Her clients benefit from both her dedication to offering a high standard of service, along with her ability to communicate and collaborate under pressure. Olivia is an enthusiastic individual eager to take on challenges and deliver exceptional results.
Olivia loves working with people and strives to makes home buying and selling exciting and memorable for all of her clients. Her real estate membership affiliations include the Honolulu Board of Realtors, Hawaii Association of Realtors, and the National Board of Realtors. Olivia is a Military Relocation Specialist and is currently the immediate past Chair of the Young Professionals Network of Oahu and an At Large member of the Hawaii Association of Realtors Young Professionals Network.
She is an avid do-it-yourselfer, and also enjoys volunteering and participating in community events, hiking, surfing, and spending time with her Yorkie Theodore.
